Growing up as a competitive softball player, I have always had a passion for health and fitness. In 2022 I decided to expand my knowledge and earn my certifications to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I help busy professionals make sustainable lifestyle changes to assist them in reaching their health and fitness goals. And I empower them with knowledge and skills along the way.

8 Week Program
The Strong Body program is an 8 week long program designed to help you gain muscle, shred fat, and increase muscular endurance.
What's included:
This program follows a 5 day split with 2 rest days per week. There are 2 Phases: Hypertrophy (Phase 1) and Strength (Phase 2).
